Collaboration
The posting on the Franklin controversy reminded me of a movie I saw
downtown a few years back. It was a portrait of Mileva Maric, Albert Einstein's first wife, and has apparently
been shown on PBS sometime since. The thing is that the story wasn't told with the "she wuz robbed!" tone you might expect -- rather it proposed that she and Einstein had collaborated in the informal talking-about-work way that modern spouses working in the same fields do.
What sort of recognition should spouses who provide more than emotional support recieve?
