Am I the only one who finds it strange that the only segment of our population trained in conflict avoidance are CHL applicants?

Granted, probably no more dangerous than Ford Expedition drivers talking on cell phones.
Posted by: Alan Hogue at July 14, 2006 12:00 PMSure -- if you're going to pick a single-digit percentage of the population to give conflict-avoidance training to, it makes sense to move CHL applicants to the front of the line.
But it's a very short line.

As far as conflict avoidance training: I wonder what, exactly, such training consists of? Is it anything like sensitivity training?
